During World War II, the Nazi regime used radio to propagate their message not only at home, but abroad. The Deutschlandsender, the Nazi equivalent of National Public Radio (NPR) and BBC Radio 4, broadcast propaganda to Europe, the British Isles, the Middle East and even the United States.
